Last Friday, we have our 3rd course of marriage preparation course. I think both Danny and I enjoy the course a lot because we learn a lot from the course and we heard some real life story.
The previous course, Ps Stella ended the course with sharing one of the secret in the bible with us. She encourages us to be content. Be content with what we have and be content with what we do not have. The urge of waiting certain things will come and it will also go. As long as we learn to be content with what we have and be content with what we do not have, we will be happy and grateful.
I meditated the word be content for a few days and I will learn to be content with what I have and what I do not have. As long as He is with me and Danny is with me, my heart shall learn to be content.
I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through him who gives me strength. [Philippians 4:12-13]
** COVETOUSNESS and CONTENTMENT are not issues about money… They are issues of the HEART! **
