Assumption can bring many problems. We assume things will be done by someone when that someone did not do it because he/she assume that they will receive a clearer communication later.
With all these assume, everyone ended up rushing for no better reason. I was being taught after instruct must inspect. Unfortunately, some people assume and expect and when things doesn’t fall into pieces, pointing finger session will appear.
No wonder people agreed that assumption is the mother of all failure.
Assumption will not move things… Follow up and inspect, will….
