A new year with a new start

Cant’ believe that we got the transfer letter past few months ago and now we are back to Kota Kinabalu. With the reason of New Year and new resolution and my lovely husband has given me a new laptop, I guess I should get back to the habit of writing. Since I have not been actively writing, I have also stop the habit of reflecting.

Times flies so fast that my baby girl is 21^st months old now. I still remember the contraction pain when she was in my tummy and now when I look at her, she is so grown up now. She understand what I converse with her and she can also tell me what is in her mind though only one word at a time.

God has been so good to us. He gave us this precious little gift and also provide our family needs.  The struggle is always real, but each struggle, we get to taste His faithfulness and providence to our family and with this, it strengthens our faith ‘muscle’.

I think what strange is that coming back here feels like we have returned home. Everything just seems so nice to start with and of course a good environment to raise a kid. A place where you can see beautiful sunset, going to the beach, walking around the mall, people are friendlier and everywhere is just 10-15 minutes drive. I guest one of the not so good things about Kota Kinabalu is the high living expenses that we have to face. But God is good and He always provides. So, I gonna end this post with a high note knowing that the best is yet to come.
